Venice, Italy

I thought I would do a couple blog posts about my trip to Italy in June. It was fantastic! I have never been in such an ancient and beautiful place. Venice was outstanding. It was fascinating to see how a culture can live with primarily water transportation. The above picture is of a Gondola, which we unfortunately didn't ride in, but we were able to hear them singing from out of our hotel window.

We were there to see the Harvest Moon. It crossed directly over the tower we had been in earlier that day.
